研究领域

麦谷蛋白和淀粉的生物合成研究 利用2-DE、LC-MS/MS、qRT-PCR等技术分离鉴定影响麦谷蛋白、淀粉合成的作用因子，进而研究优质面包小麦品质形成及小麦B型淀粉粒累积的分子机制。

在研课题

l、小麦胚乳蛋白体的合成积累与品质形成的分子机制研究，国家自然科学基金-青年基金，（31101145，2012-2014）主持；

2、小麦族B型淀粉粒生物合成关键酶的鉴定，北京市自然科学基金面上项目，（6122002，2012-2014）主持。
