研究方向:酶和发酵工程  微生物与清洁能源

   

    主要从事生物质生物转化制取高品位气液燃料和高附加值化学品的研究工作,具体研究方向包括:微生物对生物质的高效深度转化、微生物对农林废弃物的资源化利用、微生物菌种发掘及遗传工程改造、微生物统合生物加工及生物质转化平台的建立。

    担任了中国可再生能源学会生物质能专委会常务委员,北京微生物学会常务理事,加入了中国微生物学会、生物质能源产业技术创新战略联盟等多个学会,并担任了《Bioenergy Research、《Biotechnology Progress》《Preparative Biochemistry and Biotechnology》、《应用与环境生物学报》、《太阳能学报》、《生物技术通报》等期刊的审稿人。

    先后主持国家科技支撑计划项目、863课题、国家基金面上项目、国家基金青年基金项目、北京市教委重点项目、北京市教委面上项目、北京市教育委员会科技成果转化与产业化项目、北京市优秀人才资助项目等多项国家级和省部级项目,其中863课题 “玉米秸秆全糖发酵技术”结题评价为“优秀”。

    发掘了具有自主知识产权的生物质高效转化酵母菌种,并应用于我国第一个年产600吨的纤维素乙醇中试示范基地。开展了高品质生物燃气制备、气热电肥联供,高底物浓度同步糖化发酵等方面的针对性研究工作,偶联集成纤维类生物质联产液体与气体燃料技术,形成了清洁高效纤维类生物质能源转化与综合利用体系,分别在我国南北方建立两种纤维类生物质综合利用示范工程,为推动生物质能源产业化的可持续发展提供可靠技术支撑。

      以唯一通讯/第一作者发表SCI/EI收录论文20余篇(详见代表论著栏),在生物技术领域高水平期刊Biotechnology Advances撰写发表了题为“Yeast strains for ethanol production from lignocellulosic hydrolsates during in situ detoxification.”的文章。获得授权发明专利6项(详见专利成果栏)。

    指导培养研究生20余人,其中2人获得国家奖学金;同时获得北京市高校青年教师基本功大赛三等奖,888集团电子游戏优秀主讲教师、本科科研立项优秀指导教师、优秀师德教师等荣誉称号。
