科研方向:

干细胞分为胚胎干细胞和成体干细胞。成体干细胞的自我维持和分化在维持成体组织稳态和组织再生中发挥着至关重要的作用。干细胞自我维持和分化失调会导致衰老和癌症等一系列重大疾病的发生(1),但调控干细胞自我维持和分化的分子机理尚不明了,因此阐明干细胞自我维持和分化的分子机制对干细胞生物学研究和疾病治疗等领域具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。


1. 干细胞维持与分化维持组织稳态


实验室以经典模式生物黑腹果蝇为研究对象,深入研究干细胞微环境及成体干细胞(胞囊干细胞、生殖干细胞和肠道干细胞)自我维持和分化及组织稳态的调控机制(2)
