2007,01-2009,01, 瑞典皇家工学院(生物技术研究所),博士后,主要研究方向分子系统地理学;开发了应用于DNA分子分类的软件BPSI2.0(Zhang & Savolainen 2008)。
2006,10-2006,12, 中科院动物研究所, 动物进化与系统生物学研究中心(现动物进化与系统学重点实验室),助研,从事DNA分子分类学研究。
2003,11-2006,10,日本京都大学,博士后, 主要研究方向是东亚地区(韩国,日本,中国)昆虫分子系统学,分子系统地理学.开发分子谱系地理学进化事件推理软件AutoInfer1.0(Zhang et al.2006)。
2003,08-2003,10,中国林业科学研究院森林生态环境与保护研究所,研究助手,从事森林昆虫种群遗传学及地理分布研究。
1999,09-2003,07,中科院动物研究所农业虫鼠害综合治理研究国家重点实验室,分子生态学博士研究生,主要研究内容是长江流域及其以南地区松毛虫不同地理种群空间遗传结构,基因流及松毛虫近缘种系统发育的分子系统学重建。
研究领域及研究成果:
1. DNA 分子分类学
在国际上首次把人工智能的思想引入到DNA分子分类学领域,提出了基于BP人工神经网络的物种鉴定新方法,研究成果被国际同行(审稿人)评价为非常重要的(very significant),为当前DNA物种鉴定提供了一个即时的,创新性的解决方案(a timely and innovative solution)。研究成果发表在国际系统生物学核心期刊(Top3)Systematic Biology 上(2008,4月刊)(SCI, 2005 Impact Factor: 10.327; SCI IF 8.48; 5Y IF 10.78)。通过计算机模拟及实例研究首次在DNA分子分类领域提出基于物种的取样策略,指出DNA分子分类研究中人们通常所期望的普适的取样阈值并不存在,首次提出“单倍型发现曲线”(HDC)的概念,并给出了几种关键取样量的计算方法,该项研究被四个国际同行(审稿人)中的三个给与了高度评价,一个同行在肯定这项工作的同时,给出了一些批评意见。给项研究已被Molecular Phylogenetic and Evolution(SCI IF 3.56; 5Y IF 4.04)正式接受( 2009-09-10)。
2. 分子生态学、分子系统学、分子谱系地理学
运用多基因分子标记的系统发育重建方法,同时运用线粒体和核基因分子标记对朝鲜半岛的Coptolabrus亚属的近缘种的大步甲进行了系统地理学研究,对不同地质历史时期物种迁移扩散,隔离,局部的基因交流进行了基于分子数据的演化推导,探讨了核基因在分子系统地理学推导的作用及局限性;同时,对同域分布于朝鲜半岛的Leptocarabus亚属的近缘种进行了比较系统地理学研究;对分布于日本列岛及朝鲜半岛的Leptocarabus亚属进行了基于多个核基因的分子系统学重构。运用线粒体DNA基因组测序的方法首次将狗的世界起源定位于中国长江以南地区,该项研究成果(共同第一作者)最近(2009-09-01)被 Molecular Biology and Evolution ( SCIIF 9.87; 5Y IF 8.22 在线发表(doi:10.1093/molbev/msp195)。
