研究概述
RNA转录和DNA复制是生命过程中必须发生的两个核心生物学事件。然而,我们前期的研究工
作意外地揭示,无时无刻进行着的RNA转录可以通过形成R-loop干扰DNA复制叉运行, 进而影
响基因组稳定性。维持基因组稳定是生命得以存在和延续的根本。毫无疑问,机体必然相应
地发展形成一套有效的应对机制以维护基因组稳定。本实验室的主要研究兴趣在于运用遗传
学,分子生物学,生物化学和生物信息学等方法,理解哺乳动物细胞是如何应对在生长和增
殖过程中似乎是必然会出现的转录、复制和基因组稳定性,以维护三者间的冲突;并探索这
一冲突形成后可能产生的病理后果。希望我们的研究能有助于加深对于肿瘤等重大疾病发病
机理的理解,从而为癌症的诊断、治疗和药物的开发提供新的理论基础.


目前实验室正在开展的工作包括:
1. R-loop破坏基因组不稳定性的应对机制
2. 转录在肿瘤发生以及肿瘤细胞染色体不稳定性建立过程中的作用
3. 染色体脆性表达的分子机理
4. 哺乳动物细胞中停顿复制叉的稳定和重新启动的分子机制
5. 人基因组DNA复制起始的时、空调控机制
6. RNA加工过程在癌症发生和发展中的作用
